Fat Minister is some sort of magical criminal mastermind. At first, Buttinthole's only opposition, he later became her ally in their search for the Jorwallis pendant and ultimate power. He seems to get killed a lot but evil can never be truly destroyed or something like that. Good people go down easy though.
