Sheckerz's motives are questionable, mostly because he's such a poorly written character. On the one hand he's a successful businessman looking for the Jorwallis to give him the edge over his main financial competitor, who goes by the name of Johnny. On the other hand, he might be an immortal who just wants a girlfriend. Anyway, he doesn't do too much in the movie.
