Cuz was somehow originally one of Fat Minister's top henchmen along with his pal, Steven!, until they just sort of left. For most of the first film he was kind of an idiot savant who liked breakfast foods but, after coming into possession of the Jorwallis pendant, he's become a bit of a dick. Character development or just inconsistent writing?! You decide!!
